In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen finance en business. Je ondersteunt het management met inzichten, denkt strategisch mee en helpt de organisatie verder groeien.
Jouw takenpakket
- Je werkt mee aan budgetten en forecasts en volgt deze actief op
- Je analyseert business cases en investeringen en beoordeelt de haalbaarheid
- Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor directie en management
- Je adviseert rond kostenoptimalisatie en efficiëntie
- Je vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten en actiepunten
- Je detecteert risico’s en stelt verbeteringen en controles voor
- Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en interne controles
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een financiële richting (TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, …)
- Je hebt ervaring binnen business controlling (budgettering, forecasting, rapportering)
- Je werkt analytisch en gestructureerd en hebt een kritische blik
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan schakelen met verschillende stakeholders
- Je durft initiatief nemen en denkt graag mee op strategisch niveau
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central) is een plus
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
