Jouw takenpakket als Service Advisor :
- Opstellen en administratief verwerken van bestekken voor schade- en ongevalwagens
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van dossiers richting experten en verzekeringen
- Correct inplannen van herstellingen en opvolgen van de voortgang
- Bestellen van onderdelen, werk- en verbruiksmaterialen
- Ontvangen van klanten en duidelijk communiceren over verloop en timing
- Opvolgen van kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de herstelwerken
- Volledige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers tot facturatie
- Beheer van telefoon en inbox van de site
- Ondersteuning bieden in de carrosseriewerkplaats waar nodig

- Technische affiniteit met automotive of carrosserie
- Hoger denk- en werkniveau
- Sterk servicegericht en klantvriendelijk
- Administratief en digitaal goed onderlegd
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, basis Frans en Engels
- Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig
- In staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren
- Flexibel in taken en verantwoordelijkheden
