About the Job
Als mondhygiënist(e) ben jij een cruciale schakel in de preventieve mondzorg. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:
- Het verlenen van hoogwaardige preventieve mondzorg aan elke patiënt.
- Verzamelen van medische informatie om een volledig beeld te krijgen van de patiënt (medische voorgeschiedenis, lopende behandelingen, enz.).
- Uitvoeren van professionele reinigingen en het grondig onderzoeken van de mondholte.
- Opstellen van individuele behandelplannen en duidelijke communicatie hierover met de patiënt.
- Voorlichten van patiënten over het belang van een goede mondhygiëne en hoe ze die zelf kunnen onderhouden.
- Indien nodig, patiënten doorverwijzen naar de tandarts of een specialist.
- Correct gebruik en onderhoud van instrumenten en apparatuur; eventuele technische problemen tijdig melden.
- Samenwerken en collega-assistenten motiveren om als team de best mogelijke zorg te garanderen.
Your Profile

- Beschikt over een diploma in de opleiding mondzorg.
- Is communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, en kan zich ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
- Heeft een verzorgd voorkomen en stelt zich sociaal, klantgericht en empathisch op.
- Werkt nauwkeurig, is stressbestendig en volgt de hoogste hygiënische standaarden.
- Neemt initiatief, houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en staat open voor feedback.
- Is een echte teamspeler met een flexibele ingesteldheid (bereid tot avond- of weekendwerk indien nodig).
